Spatial Stories

Instructions for story contact points on a mobile app screen

Spatial Stories is a site-wide narrative adventure concept piece whereby users can tag various points across a large site and, in essence, follow a changing narrative story, acting as a choose-your-own-adventure story over a physical location. The story goes from point to point, encouraging investigation and active travel around a city location. Stories are unlocked via NFC contact points, unlocking audio cues and mobile content.

Using Near Field Contact chips, these stories can be changed over time and be made city-wide or building-wide depending on the story's scale.
