Staff 3D Profile Board

The idea… is to create an interactive staff profile board inspired by game board pieces, whereby users can pick up staff pieces, place them onto an NFC reader and be redirected to a staff profile board. To introduce students to staff in a fun and interactive way and act as an interactive piece for open/appliant days.

A few staff were 3D scanned and made into prototype ‘chess’-style pieces, and a working prototype was made. Not deployed due to the need to capture so many staff members’ likenesses and the cost/time to create each interactive print piece.
